Dear George,

I recently placed an order and requested if possible to try to have them delivered in the morning.  I realized that my delivery is probably only one of hundreds or more to be sent out today (being the day before Valentine’s day and the last working day of the week); so in my email and in reality, I did not expect this to actually happen but I figure, what the heck, is worth a shot. 

I want to Thank Cookies By George SO Very Much for their customer service!!  Not only did I receive a call from your customer relations to explain that my request might not be possible but they would try; which I thought was very nice but my husband’s cookies were delivered before 9am!  I am so pleased by your service that I just had to write and say Thank you again and again!! 

The cookies were a hit, my husband and his office co-workers loved them!

Thank you again.  I will tell all my friends about your wonderful customer service ethics and I congratulate you for your commitment to serving the public!
