Upon delivery, how long will the cookies stay fresh?
Wrapped or sealed tightly, the cookies will stay fresh for four to seven days... but we suggest eating them sooner.
How long in advance do I have to order?
It is best to give us as much notice as possible. Often we can do next-day orders (in cities where we have a Cookies By George store) but please try to allow a minimum of 48 hours to guarantee your desired delivery date.
Is there a delivery charge?
The prices listed online include local delivery - that is delivery to most addresses in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, and Winnipeg. Suburbs of these areas may or may not be considered local. There is an additional delivery cost that applies to all other cities that can range from an additional $3.00 to an additional $50.00 depending on where the cookies are to be delivered. You can find out the cost of delivery by filling out our online order form. You can cancel your order at any time prior to entering your credit card information.
What if no one is home for a delivery?
We encourage you to ensure that someone will be available to receive the cookies at home. However, should that not be the case, you may be able to have the gift either left at the door or arrange for the recipient to pick-up the gift. Please note that should additional delivery attempts be necessary, additional delivery charges may apply.
How can I trust Cookies by George with my credit card and personal information?
We do not sell our customer information nor do we use it for unsolicited advertising and/or marketing. Read more about our security and privacy policies.
What does it mean when the order page says, "Your cookies will be delivered within one day of..."?
The date you select will be the scheduled delivery date unless requested otherwise. "Within one day" means that we cannot guarantee any delivery date as there can be (very seldomly) situations beyond our control that will delay the delivery of your gift. Please read our shipping info for more details on how to assist us with the timely delivery of your gift.
Are your cookies peanut and nut free?
