When placing a corporate order, please use this Excel Template or follow this format:
**Please note that this spreadsheet is most efficient for orders of 10 or more gifts. If you wish to place single orders, you may do so by clicking here or by clicking on "Shop Online" at the top of the page**

Please provide delivery instructions to all residential addresses. If no delivery instructions are provided (ie. leave gift at door) we may phone the recipient a day or two prior to sending out their gift. You may also provide delivery instructions to business addresses if necessary.
Once you have finished inputting all your information, please e-mail the spreadsheet to info@cookiesbygeorge.com. We should be in contact with you within one or two business days. If you have not heard from us after a couple of business days, please phone 1-866-7-GEORGE to confirm that we received your order.
