George's Macaroon Chocolate Chunk is gluten-free! We make it with rice flour instead of wheat flour.
In an effort to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, our Macaroon cookie dough is produced on a separate day than other variations. All surfaces are sanitized prior to production. Our stores have been instructed to follow these guidelines: All Macaroon cookies must be scooped using a clean and sanitized cookie scoop, baked on a new silicon baking sheet, and served with new disposable gloves. The cookie tray should be positioned on the top shelf of the display case as well.
Despite all our precautions, we cannot 100% guarantee that our Macaroon cookies have not come in contact with gluten.
